Using this website

This website lets you browse the KC Restaurant menu and send an order to the restaurant on WhatsApp. By using it you agree to these terms.

Orders are requests, not confirmations

Sending an order on WhatsApp is a request. Your order is only confirmed when the restaurant replies to confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our area, or the restaurant is closed.

Prices and availability

Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Dishes may be unavailable at short notice. The price confirmed by the restaurant on WhatsApp is the price that applies.

Photographs are for illustration. The dish served may differ in presentation.

Discounts and coupons

Automatic order-value discounts and coupon codes apply only to orders placed directly with the restaurant, cannot be combined with each other, and only the single best applicable discount is applied. The restaurant confirms every discount before accepting an order and may decline a code that is expired, misused or not intended for you.

Payment

No payment is taken on this website. You pay the restaurant directly on delivery or collection by cash, UPI or card.

Delivery

Delivery is offered within a limited area around Sector 7 Dwarka. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with kitchen load, weather and traffic.

Food, allergens and dietary information

Vegetarian and non-vegetarian markers are provided in good faith. Our kitchen handles both vegetarian and non-vegetarian ingredients, and common allergens including dairy, gluten, soy and nuts, so we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact. If you have a food allergy, tell us in the notes and confirm on WhatsApp before ordering.

Intellectual property

The KC Restaurant name, logo, menu content and this website's design and code may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Availability of the website

We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
