The short version

KC Restaurant does not run user accounts, does not operate a database for this website, and does not sell or share your information. This site is a menu and an order builder. When you place an order it opens WhatsApp with your order written out, and you choose whether to send it.

What is stored on your device

Your basket is stored in your own browser using local storage so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device and is cleared when you send an order or clear your browser data.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

What you send to us

If you send an order, the WhatsApp message contains the name, phone number and — depending on the order type — the delivery address or table number you typed, plus your dish selection and any cooking notes. We receive this in WhatsApp, the same as any customer message.

We use these details only to prepare, confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.

Messages are delivered through WhatsApp, operated by Meta. Their handling of your message is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, which is outside our control.

How long we keep it

Order messages remain in the restaurant's WhatsApp history. You may ask us to delete your conversation at any time.

Your choices

To request access to or deletion of the information you sent us, message us on WhatsApp or email hello@kcrestaurant.in.

Children

This website is intended for use by adults ordering food. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
